Tunnel Lining Waterproofing
We provide comprehensive waterproofing solutions for tunnel linings using PVC / HDPE / TPO membranes, bentonite waterproofing mats, and waterstop systems. Installation methods include mechanical fastening, hot-air welding, extrusion welding, and in critical projects, a dual-layer waterproofing system for maximum protection and redundancy. For additional sealing, we use Acrylate gel or PU injection grouting system to seal active leaks and strengthen underground structures.
Joint & Crack Waterproofing
To treat construction joints, expansion joints, and structural cracks in tunnels or bridges, we use PU grouting, acrylate injection, rubber/steel waterstops, and swelling bar systems. High-pressure PU injection ensures deep penetration and sealing, while waterstops are embedded at expansion joints to prevent leakage. This system is critical for settlement joints, construction joints, and bridge expansion gaps.
Bridge Deck & Surface Protection
Bridge decks and exposed concrete surfaces are protected using polyurethane coatings, epoxy waterproofing systems, asphalt membranes, and anti-carbonation coatings to form a protective barrier against water ingress, carbonation, chloride penetration, and corrosion. Additional anti-slip systems are applied on bridge decks for safety. This solution is especially critical for sea-crossing bridges, coastal bridges, and highway overpasses exposed to harsh marine environment, salt spray and extreme weather conditions.
