Scope of Work:
Qinglong Malaysia was engaged to perform comprehensive waterproofing works for Phase 1 of the Equalbase Sunway 103° Free Commercial Zone (FCZ), covering an area of approximately 2.2 million sqft (212,600 m²). The scope includes both internal and external waterproofing to ensure long-lasting protection and durability of the facilities, which are expected to be operational in Q1 2026.

Internal Areas: 
Toilets, ablution areas, pantry areas, OKU toilets, janitor rooms, riser rooms, lift pits, transformer rooms & electrical rooms and building
