Scope of Work:
The shopping mall was established as a redevelopment project of the old KOMTAR building complex. KOMTAR building complex into a modern shopping mall, hotel, and office development. The project, completed in November 2014 with a total built-up area of 57,913 m² (623,370 sq ft), required effective waterproofing solutions to ensure structural integrity and long-term performance.
