The waterproofing system for Ligao Plaza utilized a combination of advanced materials to ensure long-term protection and durability, including:
-PCM Reaction Self-Adhesive Rubberized Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane
-CQ107 Non-Tar Polyurethane Waterproof Coating (911)

The waterproofing work covered both internal and external areas of the project:

Internal Areas:
Bathrooms and kitchen floors

External Areas:
Basement roof, landscaped flat roof, underground parking structure, planter boxes, and swimming pool deck
