Scope of Work: 
Qinglong undertook the waterproofing works for several key structural areas of the project, totaling approximately 10,000㎡. These include the basement roof, column piers, balconies, garage, and other critical zones.

The project applied a combination of CQ104 Single-Component Moisture-Cure Polyurethane (PU) Waterproof Coating and PCM Reactive Adhesive Polymer Waterproof Membrane, offering superior elasticity, adhesion, and long-term water resistance.
