Customer Service cum Sales Support / Telemarketing Executive
- Gelang Patah, Johor
- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from ads, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Provide product/service information and prepare simple quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers and arrange site visits or appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up and promote company services.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Assist the sales team and perform basic administrative work.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
- Cheerful, responsible, and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
TikTok Videographer Cum Editor (Intern)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing video and photo shoots for E-commerce platforms (sucha as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
- Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content for brand storytelling.
- Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
- Work with E-commerce team on brainstorm and generate innovative video ideas.
- Organize and maintain media files and folders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Film, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field.
- Creative eye for detail, angles, and brand consistency.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and be creative.
- Available for at least 4 months.
- No experience required for this role.
Site Supervisor
- Kuala Lumpur
- Monday-Friday (8am-6pm), Alternate Sat
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange, organize, training, manage worker and monitoring progress of daily work (waterproofing) to keep workflow on track.
- Effectively control the costs on site.
- Attending site meeting.
- Coordinate with main-con.
- To prepare site report and work schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be preferred due to need communicate with Chinese maincon.
- Good leadership qualities and able to lead a team of workers to meet the task delegated.
- Ability to work independently with good self-discipline.
- Knowing to reading construction drawing.
- Willing to business travel.
