Tunnel Lining Waterproofing
We provide comprehensive waterproofing solutions for tunnel linings using PVC / HDPE / TPO membranes, bentonite mats, and waterstops. Installation methods include mechanical fastening, hot air welding, extrusion welding, and in critical projects, a dual-layer waterproofing system is applied for enhanced durability. For additional sealing, Acrylate gel or PU injection grouting is often used.
Joint & Crack Waterproofing
To treat construction joints, expansion joints, and cracks in tunnels or bridges, we use PU grouting, acrylate injection, rubber/steel waterstops, and swelling bars. High-pressure PU injection ensures deep penetration and sealing, while waterstops are embedded at expansion joints to prevent leakage. This system is critical for settlement joints, construction joints, and bridge expansion gaps.
Bridge Deck & Surface Protection
Bridge decks and exposed concrete surfaces are protected using polyurethane coatings, epoxy systems, asphalt membranes, and anti-carbonation coatings. These materials form a protective barrier against water ingress, carbonation, chloride penetration, and corrosion. Additional anti-slip systems are applied on bridge decks for safety. This approach is especially crucial for sea-crossing bridges, coastal bridges, and highway overpasses exposed to harsh weather and salt spray.
