Scope of Work:
 The Lake City development in Kuala Lumpur is a mixed-use project strategically built around a natural lake, covering 80 acres of land. Its development concept includes hotels, offices, parks, shopping centers, and residential apartments—all designed with a focus on sustainability and integrated living.

Qinglong Waterproofing was honored to undertake the waterproofing works for both completed and ongoing phases of the development. Our work includes comprehensive interior and exterior waterproofing applications across residential and commercial structures.
