Scope of Work: 
Qinglong undertook the waterproofing works for the Longwan International Garden, covering a total area of 50,000㎡. The project focused primarily on the basement shear walls and ceilings, which are critical for structural integrity and long-term moisture protection.

The materials used included Qinglong 911 Polyurethane Waterproof Coating (CQ107) and Polyethylene-Polypropylene Composite Waterproof Membrane, known for their high elasticity, durability, and chemical resistance.
