Scope of Work: 
Due to the project’s proximity to the sea and year-round exposure to salt air, strong sunlight, and high humidity, a robust and durable waterproofing solution was essential. The project team selected Qinglong CQ101 Waterproof Sealant for its outstanding comprehensive performance, including resistance to UV, acid and alkali, aging, mold, salt spray, ozone, solvents, abrasion, impacts, and oils.

The application process involved first filling surface gaps (up to 10mm) with specialized fiber reinforcement. The surface was then leveled to a uniform 3mm thickness. Finally, CQ101 Waterproof Sealant was applied as the top coat, utilizing its natural self-leveling properties to ensure a smooth, seamless finish—effectively sealing and protecting the exposed surface from harsh coastal elements.
