Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza is a key redevelopment project under Zhongshan City’s “Three Old Renovation” initiative. After a detailed evaluation, the project team selected the QINGLONG PCM Polymer Waterproofing Membrane for its superior performance. To date, over 60,000 square meters have been successfully applied in the initial phase, ensuring robust and long-lasting waterproofing protection.
